You do not have to be a member of clarks to attend classes - we do offer casual rates or a 10 card pass.

2010 CLASS NOTES:
+ PILATES: progressive class format of 8 to 10 weeks. Contact reception for details.
BEGINNERS: Tuesday at 10.30am; Thursday at 7pm; Saturday at 9.30am
INTERMEDIATE: Monday at 7pm.
* SILAT PD: Casual rates apply for this class. Additional charge for members.
# FAT BURNER: 8.30am start on Saturdays from June to August.
Class Descriptions:
Boxacise - Boxacise is a great stress reliever that works on your overall fitness and focuses on balance and coordination. The class format starts with a brief warmup and then a range of boxing equipment is used such as speed balls, floor-to ceiling balls, punching bags and skipping skills.
Spin - A highly motivated class using indoor spinning bikes. Excellent calorie burning class.
Fat burner - A low impact moderate intensity freestyle aerobic class which suits all fitness levels.
Pilates - A floor based mat class that is in a block format of approx 9 weeks. Each week you will improve flexibility, strength and total core stabilisation exercises.

Yoga - A yoga class that combines strong physical postures with softer balancing exercises and meditation.
Silat (image right) - An Indonesian Martial art aimed at teaching effective self-defence easily without injury. Students are taught how to avoid attacks rather than resist the force directly. Techniques such as eagle, tiger, dragon, monk and princess are learnt.
Adults and Kids classes available.
Run Squad - Learn how to train and finish that Fun run you have always wanted to do.
Aikido - The Art of Peace. Dynamic Martial Art, based on blending with your opponents Energy. Brisbane Aikikai Instructor - Chris Seto-Payne ( associated with world head quarters in Tokyo, Japan)

- Monday - Thursday: 5.30am - 8.30pm
- Friday: 5.30am - 7.30pm
- Saturday: 8.00am - 11.30am, 3.30pm - 5.30pm
- Sunday: 4.00pm - 6.00pm
