I had been attending Clark's on a regular basis for about a year when I started to feel that my motivation was dwindling and the kilos were starting to creep back on, so I decided to try some personal training sessions to see if I could set some new weight-loss and fitness goals.

Since starting my weekly sessions with Drew just over two months ago, I have lost five kilos (just a couple more kilos to go until I reach my goal weight), my fitness level has increased and my strength has improved ( I can now do full body push-ups just like the boys). Drew also helped to fine tune my weekly weights and cardio sessions to rectify a few errors I was making, so I could get the most out of my workouts. It's great to have someone to check in with every week to talk to about your results and to answer any questions you have about your exercise routine.

Drew also gave me some dietary advice (after all my comfort eating during winter) but I still don't believe that beer can be that bad for you!
